This will be a Remote job and hence we are open for candidates residing in any location with required experience in Cloud and Endpoint security.
As a Technical Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for enabling sales teams and building awareness of our cloud and endpoint security solutions. You will work very closely with product managers and product marketing managers.
â¢ Put together evaluation guides, presentations, videos, blogs and demonstrations for Endpoint & Cloud & Application Security use-cases.
â¢ Build a live demonstration environment for Endpoint & Cloud App Security for MSSPs and Enterprises
â¢ Drive Competitive Intelligence efforts and sales aids for Endpoint and Cloud Application Security
â¢ Support product launch activities and assist with tradeshows, conferences and technical sales training or channel partner training activities.
â¢ Assist sales and marketing efforts. Some travel required to support field and marketing activity.
â¢ Respond to customer or field inquiries, assist with Technical RFPs and work with a team of PMs, SEs, Engineers.
â¢ Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Endpoint & Cloud Application Security.
â¢ At least 4 years in preferable Cybersecurity Industry â prior/past experience as a Solutions Engineer or Technical Marketing Engineer OR Technical Support OR Presales is beneficial
â¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills â presentation and visual communication skills are a plus!
â¢ The TME must have good understanding of at least 2 of Endpoint Security, EDR, Email Security or Cloud Application Security.
â¢ The TME must be a technical expert, both in security products and the IT environments where those products will be deployed.
â¢ You are able to articulate the technical differentiators of a product and work with Product Management, Competitive Intelligence, and Marketing teams to improve the products / GTM and Sales Enablement to educate the global sales team and channel partners.
