Challenges You Will Solve 

We are looking for a Webinar Program Manager to help us continue to grow the quality, innovation, and creativity of our webinar program. This role will drive the development, execution, and optimization of a clearly defined hosted webinar program strategy that aligns with go-to-market priorities and sales playbooks. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, creative, and can work independently but also collaboratively. They will take end-to-end ownership of our company-wide hosted webinar program and help build a best-in-class demand generation machine. 

What You'll Do

    • Build, maintain, and implement a webinar schedule 
    • Collaborate with Community and Product Marketing to gather and analyze market research to identify new topic opportunities that map to target personas 
    • Build relationships with key internal subject matter experts, ensuring a recurring pipeline of panelists and speakers 
    • Work with speakers, Community, and Product Marketing to develop key messaging and presentation material 
    • When applicable, coordinate with external partners for webinar coordination and execution
    • Develop integrated promotional plans for each webinar using a mix of marketing channels to help drive audience registration (email, Google Ad campaigns, social media, co-marketing, etc.) 
    • Work with Corporate Marketing, Community, Product Marketing, Customer & Partner Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Operations teams to implement and optimize the promotional plan for each webinar 
    • Use project management tool to create projects for each webinar in order to track progress and deadlines 
    • Monitor, analyze, and optimize webinar promotional elements (messaging, subject lines, etc.) and KPIs as well as develop ongoing performance reporting 
    • Create, manage, and host webinars within the webinar platform 
    • Provide Sales and internal/external stakeholders with weekly updates and maintain interlock across departments 
    • Support live, simulive, and pre-recorded webinar formats, from prepping contributing stakeholders to recording, moderating as required and managing the live webinar through to Q&A
    • Provide detailed webinar program information to Sales Development to enable successful follow-up with webinar leads 
    • Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Development teams to ensure all lead generating activities are being tracked accurately and all reporting is correct 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to find innovative ways to redistribute and reuse the content crafted within the webinar program, from paid media campaigns, content syndication, blogs, and beyond

What You'll Bring

    • 3+ years in a B2B marketing role, experience in SaaS or Cyber security preferred
    • Solid understanding of webinar program development, management and promotion across digital marketing channels 
    • Experience with buyer’s journeys and orchestrating webinar programs to effectively reach audiences 
    • Knowledge and understanding of webinar technology, Zoom Webinar a plus
    • Experience with at least one of the following marketing automation software: Marketo (preferred), Eloqua, Pardot, or Hubspot 
    • Experience with CMS: Wordpress (preferred), Drupal, etc. 
    • Experience with Google Analytics Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred 
    • Experience with project management system: Basecamp, Asana (preferred), etc.
    • Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based off of data analytics
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timeframes 
    • Highly efficient teammate, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment 
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
Targeted base salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 + bonus eligibility and equity depending on experience
