Challenges You Will Solve
At Red Canary, the protection of our customers and their data is of the utmost importance. Red Canary’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team ensures that our people, platforms, and data remain secure from all forms of harm, available to all our customers - both internal and external, while maintaining confidentiality.  

As our Resiliency Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that essential business activities can be recovered and continued in the event of a business interruption, and to deliver the best possible outcomes for Red Canary and our customers. The Resiliency Manager is responsible for coordinating the design, implementation, management, and maintenance of Red Canary’s Resiliency program.

What You'll Do

    • Be the single point of contact for all things Resiliency, including incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery management.
    • Ensure that policies and controls are effective and ISO22301 compliant, while aligning them to company values and all applicable compliance requirements.
    • Work cross-functionally with members of Product, Engineering, Information Security, and our customer-facing teams.
    • Contribute to building our continuous monitoring program.
    • Own the relationships with Red Canary’s external audit partners, sponsoring agencies, and leadership.
    • Aid stakeholders in managing technical and program changes.
    • Provide occasional out-of-hours support.

What You'll Bring

    • The ability to identify, articulate, and design controls to help meet Resiliency goals.
    • The ability to context-shift between a compliance and project management mindset.
    • Can speak the language of auditors, while at the same time can articulate modern technological paradigms (i.e., infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, etc.).
    • Experience managing the balance between policy and company values - ensure safety without impeding the creative whirlwind.
    • Extensive cloud experience in a SaaS environment.
    • Strong  written and verbal communication skills.
    • Relevant qualifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP) are preferred.
Targeted base salary range: $100,000- $125,000 + bonus eligibility and equity depending on experience.
