Challenges You Will Solve 

The Integrated Campaigns Manager (Channel/Partnerships) will develop and lead a variety of programs, campaigns and events designed to drive demand generation for the Channel & Partnerships organization. This position will collaborate with multiple departments at Red Canary to create and implement strategies that allow us to realize our growth objectives. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, savvy technical skills and a passion for driving results.

What You'll Do

    • Drive demand across 2 key segments with Channel and Partnerships: Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Technology Partners. The expectation is a 50/50 balance of time and resources between these segments. 
    • In supporting the MSP segments, activities will be targeted to both recruiting new MSP partners, and driving demand from end users for existing MSP partners. You’ll work closely with Partner Account Managers and Technical Account Managers in development of MSP partners go-to-market plans. 
    • Support of the Technology Partners segment will consist of direct demand generation activities working closely with Microsoft, VMware, SentinelOne, Palo Alto Networks, Okta, and Fortinet. You’ll work closely with the Partner Account Managers in planning and execution of these activities. As fulfillment of opportunities with Tech Partners will be done via mutual channel partners (“meet in the channel”) you may indirectly interact with Regional Channel Managers and Field Marketing Managers. 
    • Ensure that each segment has at least one program going on in any given quarter, where results can be tracked over a quarterly time frame. Program results will be tracked based on the following criteria: net new opportunities generated, pipeline generated, and closed/won business. 
    • Develop & manage marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, meetings and pipeline for the partner channel - work closely with other campaign managers and Product Marketing to ensure partner-specific campaigns align with Playbooks and accompanying integrated campaigns.

What You'll Bring

    • 5+ years of relevant experience 1+ years experience in similar roles within an MSSP, or adjacent companies 
    • A creative problem solver who sees what’s possible and can make it happen
    • 2 years of experience implementing in a B2B role (enterprise software, SAAS), planning and coordinating demand generation campaigns
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to find clarity in ambiguous environments to accomplish tasks 
    • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and proactively communicate across teams
    • Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and virtually
Targeted base salary range: $95,000 - $120,000 + bonus eligibility and equity depending on experience
