About the Role
The Senior Manager, Threat Management will establish strategy, policies, and protocols to develop and manage GitHubâs Investigations, Event Security, Executive Protection, Workplace Violence, and Insider Threat programs. This role requires a motivated self-starter with a high level of empathy and outstanding executive presence, and an ability to leverage technology and systems to proactively mitigate potential threats and risks to a rapidly scaling company that has valuable core technology and real world physical operations. This role is U.S. remote, but should be located near a major international airport as travel will be expected (up to 40%). Most travel will be planned in advance.
