The user research operations team at FireEye ensures product team stakeholders and executives have the proper data to make the best product and strategic decisions for our company. Our qualitative research actives include facilitating good research practices, sourcing quality customer and non-customer research participants, facilitating research synthesis, publishing and presenting research findings, and maintaining a repository of research reports and insights. Quantitatively, we conduct surveys to better understand user sentiment and analyze product telemetry to understand user activities in our products.
