Job Description

FireEye provides a full spectrum of cybersecurity products and services. This role will support and implement the Identity and Customer Experience Platform that serves all of FireEye’s offerings. This role will be critical to the success of enabling a seamless customer journey across our Products and Solutions.

  • Develop automated tests for front & backend components
  • Develop automated tests for E2E tests including integration testing
  • Track code quality via reports, checks and advise team on best practices
  • Build testing into the standard delivery pipeline frameworks used by the rest of the team Evaluate and report on the customer experience using the product Develop test plans based on system requirements and known best practices
  • Create and execute all processes in the AWS cloud
  • Work with remote team members to understand and clarify the requirements
  • Proactively raise suggested improvements, challenges


  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience or equivalent experience and knowledge
  • Strong knowledge and experience in testing systems built with NodeJs, React.js, CSS, HTML, REST APIs, NOSQL (Couchbase), AWS (Lambdas, EC2, ASG) & related web technologies
  • Working knowledge of Apollo GraphQL
  • Strong knowledge and experience testing Web based UI and REST API products
  • Strong knowledge and experience using ACCELQ and other test automation suites and products
  • Working experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a geographically distributed team
  • Experience with Agile in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Experience auditing and coordinating User Acceptance Test activities
  • Experience tracking and reporting metrics on the state of product development and product operations

Bonus Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Identity Management, with knowledge in any of: SAML, RBAC, certificate-based authentication, API keys, ABAC
  • Previous work on SaaS
  • FedRamp experience a major benefit

For Colorado:

Minimum Salary: $103,000. Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations.


Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from FireEye’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
