Job Description:

CyberArk is seeking an experienced copywriter/copyeditor to join a growing content marketing team at the global leader in Identity Security. This individual will have a passion for delivering creative and innovative copy that ultimately educates, converts and retains our audience to help build CyberArk’s brand and awareness throughout the tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record for developing engaging top of funnel content that adheres to our messaging and brand to support our Buyer’s Journey. This individual will create various types of content: short- and long-form thought leadership content, campaign nurture emails and web copy.

 

This candidate also will be our lead copy editor to proofread marketing content written by internal and external writers to ensure the copy is consistent and follows CyberArk’s brand writing style guide. This individual will manage internal copyediting processes and external agencies when needed.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, error-free and compelling copy to support the functions of the content marketing team while adhering to CyberArk’s messaging and brand voice.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand content messaging and audience and manage expectations.
  • Develop copy concepts that will engage the audience, convert prospects and retain our audience.
  • Translate audience pain points and deliver content in various formats including emails, blogs, web copy, eBooks, whitepapers and video scripts.
  • Develop strong relationships with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of the content.
  • Copyedit marketing content including eBooks, whitepapers, blogs, emails, landing pages, website copy and abstracts, to ensure consistency with CyberArk’s brand writing style.
  • Manage copyediting requests queue. 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-to-7 years of experience as a copywriter in a corporate or freelance setting with an emphasis on B2B and enterprise software.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Experience as a copy editor to ensure consistency across the corporate brand.
  • Excellent command of AP style.
  • Experience with content management systems.
  • Must be detailed and deadline oriented, with strong time, project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to listen and collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Must exhibit sense of curiosity and have an aptitude for learning to understand new technologies and related concepts.
  • Have worked in a SaaS, hypergrowth tech or cybersecurity company a plus.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or Journalism.
