What you will do:

 

CyberArk is looking for an experienced Marketing professional to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy team.  In this role, you will be leading and executing cohesive, end-to-end GTM plays for our Privilege Account Manager solutions, a market leader solution in a high growth market and largest product set by revenue and market share.  

 

What you need to succeed:

 

  • Lead a cross-departmental team to develop, prioritize and successfully execute on Privilege GTM plays
  • Work closely with cross-functional counterparts in portfolio marketing, campaign strategy, product management, customer success, sales, and other teams at CyberArk to ensure all aspects of GTM play are addressed
  • Activate GTM play across multiple routes to market at CyberArk
  • Work with product, strategy and business development teams to align future investments and plans to the GTM plays
  • Define the GTM strategy for the play from target market and buyer persona definition to product offerings and even help shape the outcomes expected for customers
  • Define KPI’s and success metrics
  • Analyze the entire GTM play system against KPI’s and metrics, and work with internal executive stakeholders to optimize effectiveness
  • Collaborate with data and marketing teams to review sales pipeline metrics and refine tactics as needed
  • Develop and provide ongoing enablement to the rest of the sales organization

 

How you will stand out from the crowd:

 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in business, marketing, or technical degree (computer science, computer engineering, etc.)
  •  5+ years minimum of professional experience in security, product marketing, and/or product management.
  •  Ability to communicate effectively and work with large cross-matrixed teams
  •  Creative problem-solving and the ability to recruit teams to work on solutions
  • Experience in cybersecurity is preferred
