What you will do:

Join our team of documentation experts at CyberArk!

Our team is made up of highly experienced technical writers, each bringing a unique set of skills to create top-notch documentation.

 

As part of our team, you will:

  • Create API documentation and contribute to data models and API designs
  • Write code samples for API Guides and related content that help developers better understand how to leverage our APIs
  • Support CyberArk Identity’s product and engineering efforts by performing testing and provide feedback on new features, products, and functionality prior to launch.
  • Lead the conversation around the latest technology advancements and best practices in the developer community
  • Contribute to relevant SDK projects, foundations, and share experience and insights to developments in our areas of interest
  • Create engaging content, including technical talks, blog posts, demos, and videos, that educates developers on important technologies and trends

 

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience working with REST API’s and an understanding of REST structures and best practices
  • Experience working with multiple development languages such as Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python, Ruby
  • Experience with documentation written for an audience of developers 
  • Experience in content reuse methods
  • Familiar with lean documentation principals
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications
  • At least 1 year of experience giving talks and developing demos, workshops, webinars, videos, and other technical content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and provide timely estimates
  • Self-directed and work with minimal supervision
