Job Description:

 

 Alongside CyberArk’s broader Sales and Customer Success teams, our Renewals Representatives are playing a critical role in CyberArk’s customer CARE (Close, Adopt, Renew, Expand) strategy.  As such, CyberArk is looking for Renewals Representatives who are motivated, collaborative and process-oriented individuals to secure up-for-renewal dollars and identify possible expansion opportunities.  Ideal candidates will exhibit high levels of business and sales acumen all the while maintaining a customer-first approach.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver sales renewal quotes for contracts 90 days prior to expiration
  • Effectively defend against competitive pressures, within perpetual and SaaS environments, and uncover additional expansion opportunities
  • Align closely with the Customer Success team to understand the health status of customers
  • Responsible for all assigned software subscription renewals, including partnering with external customers and internal team players to ensure timely and accurate execution of such
  • Ownership of contract processes along with corresponding customer communications encompassing co-terming, upselling and related subscription renewals
  • Take an account management approach to identify co-termination and reinstatement opportunities
  • Prepare forecasts of renewal bookings within a 10% accuracy rate
  • Communicate and effectively partner with Finance and Sales Management regarding forecasting, pricing and completing transactions
  •  Meet and exceed annual and quarterly revenue goals

 

Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience with software/subscription renewals – experience in SaaS environments a plus
  •  Ability to effectively present to and communicate with customers at the executive level and above Advanced proficiency in contract negotiations and a consistent track record of achieving personal and team renewal goals
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to work as efficiently and productively as possible
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-growing environment
  • Smart, bold but humble attitude and Continuous Improvement approach to align with CyberArk’s values
  • Proficiency in SFDC, CPQ, Clari, Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree
