Job Description:

The CyberArk Privilege Cloud Solutions Engineer is responsible for coordinating and delivering Privilege Cloud Environments for Privilege Cloud Sales opportunities. This Engineer will work closely with R&D, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Services and Support, and the Solutions Engineering team to setup each new prospect environment. The Privilege Cloud Solutions Engineer will also interact with both Prospects and internal teams to develop and deliver a smooth on-boarding process and installation. This person must continually look for ways to improve the process, both internally and customer-facing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and delivery of proof of concept environments in the backend using automatic tools
  • Work directly with the prospect to deploy and configure the on-premise components, and integrate the service with the prospect's environment
  • Assist Privilege Cloud prospects with integrations and technical support issues
  • Assist Privilege Cloud prospects with developing, managing, and executing Proof of Concept plans and timelines
  • Create and maintain Sales Engineering enablement
  • Deliver Product Update and Enablement information
  • Design, Create and Maintain Demonstration and Proof on Concept Environments for Sales Activities

 

 Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator
  • 2+ years of experience at a SaaS, security or IT vendor in a technical customer facing role
  • Experience setting up and installing enterprise software on Windows and Unix platforms
  • Experience with Active Directory and IDP systems
  • Experience with AWS, certification preferred
  • Azure and/or GCP experience a plus
  • Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution to complex problems
  • Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment
  • Ability to understand enterprise customers and their needs
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Security software or internal IT security experience a plus
