What you will do:
CyberArk is looking for an experienced, skilled and detail-oriented New Product Introduction (NPI) Success Manager to own the New Products Initiative from a Customer Success perspective. In this role, you will define, help build, and drive the customer experience with selected new products from Design Partnership through General Availability. You will work for the Customer Success organization while heavily interfacing with engineering, product, R&D, finance, legal, revenue operations, sales and marketing to manage the customer journey as CyberArk brings new products to market. The role will challenge you to curate customer panels, find ideal candidates for design partners, beta testers and early-adoption customers. In addition, you will be responsible for designing a clear feedback loop while taking customers through the NPI process in a way that assures them a high level of value.
