What you will do:

CyberArk is looking for an experienced, skilled and detail-oriented New Product Introduction (NPI) Success Manager to own the New Products Initiative from a Customer Success perspective. In this role, you will define, help build, and drive the customer experience with selected new products from Design Partnership through General Availability. You will work for the Customer Success organization while heavily interfacing with engineering, product, R&D, finance, legal, revenue operations, sales and marketing to manage the customer journey as CyberArk brings new products to market. The role will challenge you to curate customer panels, find ideal candidates for design partners, beta testers and early-adoption customers. In addition, you will be responsible for designing a clear feedback loop while taking customers through the NPI process in a way that assures them a high level of value.

Your mission will be to create a delightful customer experience while gathering valuable feedback for our internal teams.

What you need to succeed:

We are looking for an NPI Success Manager who understands the process and challenges of bringing products through the early stages of their lifecycle.  You have developed excellent skills in negotiating internally to ensure a delightful customer experience while properly setting external expectations from customers.  You have shown an ability to deliver high-value products/projects to customers on time. For the correct candidate, building and maintaining program plans with multi-functional dependencies comes naturally and they can quickly adapt plans as different departments finish tasks sooner or are delayed. As an NPI Success Manager, you will be expected to execute, track and be prepared to read-out the progress of customer sentiment and progress of programs you're working on, inclusive of achievements, action items, technical dependencies, risks and mitigation plans. You should be comfortable with status reporting and delivering executive briefings to update senior leaders and partners. The ideal candidate is also able to thoroughly understand product use cases and communicate with SME’s and engineering teams as to what customer feedback truly means. Your success will be heavily reliant on developing strong working relationships with multi-functional teams to best understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.

This is the perfect role for a customer-centric individual who has always wanted to bring new products to market with a customer-first mindset, ensuring products create value immediately for customers and are adopted at the earliest stages of their lifecycle.

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • 5+ years of Customer Success, Project, Program Management, or Product Owner experience
  • Proven track record of superb client facing communication, with ability to understand customer requirements, actively listen and empathize with customer needs.
  • Experience in sourcing and matching customers for projects or products in a diverse multi-portfolio organization.
  • Strong analytics and research skills with data-driven approach to solving complex problems
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work across the organization toward solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver high-quality content for both technical and executive audiences
