Job Description

To support CyberArk’s mission of creating an ecosystem of SSO and MFA integrations as part of CyberArk Identity Application Network, we are looking for a Business Development professional to assist in building this program. The App Factory Partner Manager will be responsible for creating, growing and managing relationships to drive thousands of MFA and SSO integrations that will be highlighted in the CyberArk Marketplace.


  • Work with the App Factory team to identify companies to target for MFA and SSO integrations.
  • Identify key partner resources to assist in getting legal agreements in place.
  • Sharing of documentation and environments with internal and external resources for the development of the integrations.
  • Getting the certified integrations listed in the CyberArk Marketplace.
  • Work with various CyberArk teams to identify additional use cases and partner opportunities.
  • Evangelize the CyberArk Identity Application Network (CIAN).
  • Maintaining the templates that are used by the partners to develop the integrations.
  • Working with internal teams to maintain the process of creating and submitting the integrations.
  • Developing and managing a process for reviewing and maintaining the integrations.
  • Working with the Marketplace team to update integrations, which could include updates to logos, adding new integration guides or solution briefs, deleting obsolete integrations, etc.
  • The App Factory Partner Manager is expected to maintain a high level of business literacy about the company, including strategic plans, culture, and competition.
  • Determine and define the joint value proposition for partners, which will become the underlying foundation for strong CyberArk Identity Application Network.
  • Represent CyberArk by participating in industry conferences or partner events



  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience of 5 years or more.
  • 3+ years of experience with business development, partnerships or alliances in the identity space.
  • Proven track record of building partnerships from the ground up.
  • Ability to communicate and share information with multiple levels of an organization.
  • Experience in messaging and positioning the value proposition to internal stakeholders and to partner stakeholders.
  • Strong presence with proven ability to present in various settings.
  • Demonstrated capability of spotting new trends in technology and good knowledge of SaaS ecosystem of applications in the market today.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic working environment and building excellent rapport with internal teams.
  • Influence and help internal constituents and external parties see and then realize the value of working with CyberArk and on specific BD/Alliance initiatives.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of internal and external groups across functions and geographies.
