Job Description:

CyberArk Software is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate who will support the Accounting department as well as take full ownership of the Employee Travel & Expense reimbursement and Credit Card processes for a fast-growing public company.  



  • Review and approve employee expense reports in accordance with the Company’s travel policy.
  • Work with employees across the organization to ensure proper compliance, provide guidance on travel policy, collect pre-approvals or missing receipts
  • Manage the overall credit card program including review of employee credit card receipts, statements, and reconciliations.
  • Preparation of monthly employee expense and credit card reconciliations and related journal entries
  • Participate in quarterly and annual financial audits including interaction with external and internal auditors
  • Assist accounting department with journal entries
  • Assist with other varied activities and ad-hoc analyses as required



  • The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience with travel reimbursement systems and/or credit card administration highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player willing to work independently as well as cross-functionally
  • Attention to detail and ability to recognize and resolve discrepancies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Experience with MS Excel required (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Formulas)
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles is a plus
