Support the design, development, and implementation of a Dashboard built on the Elasticsearch platform. Navigate the Elasticsearch dashboard to provide tier 2 or 3 level support by resolving potential issues with access, renderings, and system performance. Implement and configure out of the box Kibana visualizations. Apply data extraction and representation methodologies for data visualization. Perform Data Analysis within the Elasticsearch stack. Configure, integrate, and maintain Elasticsearch, Kibana, or Splunk applications in DOE environment. Configure, maintain, and potentially enhance data solutions and structure queries to increase or maximize system performance and efficiency. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
3+ years of experience with IT or software engineering
2+ years of experience with hands-on development, configuration, deployment, integration, or maintenance of systems using technologies, including Kafka, Logstash, Beats, Elasticsearch, Kibana, or Splunk
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
1+ years of experience with elastic data analysis
1+ years of experience with Continuous Diagnostic and Mitigation (CDM) Program
Experience with developing and implementing Elasticsearch data ingest pipelines, enrichment policies, and painless scripting
Experience with development and deployment of Python scripts
Experience with development, configuration, deployment, integration, and maintenance of Splunk
Experience executing Elasticsearch data retention and life cycle management plans
Knowledge of site surveys, data gathering, or research and analysis pertaining to deploying and implementing security and risk management tools
Knowledge of executing Elasticsearch data retention and life cycle management plans
Elastic Data Analyst Certification

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $120,000 to $150,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
