The Challenge:

We’re looking for you: a project manager and cyber consultant who can make things better in the federal government, the intelligence community, and unique organizations. You'll create efficiency in a cybersecurity and strategic management role and work with a client’s organization to help solve challenges and build better business processes. You'll apply your project management and cybersecurity knowledge to help drive growth and help drive our cyber consulting projects as we build cyber focused solutions. You'll build trusted relationships with your client as your team identifies and anticipates their needs and proposes solutions. You'll also look for more areas of improvement and continue transforming your client’s organization. Join us as we lead change for the better in cybersecurity and strategic mission operations.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience providing project management, cybersecurity support, and direction to cross-functional project teams

  • 5+ years of experience managing others to accomplish complex tasks in a collaborative and fast-moving organization

  • Experience maturing and enhancing the cybersecurity posture of an enterprise by demonstrating improvement through leveraging an industry-recognized model

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, risk management principles, interpreting requirements, or developing implementation guidance

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously and successfully

  • Ability to analyze data, risk assessments, trends, policy, and procedures within a cyber environment

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and Security+ Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with client service and interacting with senior management and leadership

  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work under tight deadlines

  • Ability to work as a positive, proactive, and professional team player

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
