10+ years of experience as a cybersecurity architect supporting space-related Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, and hardware system
Experience with providing input to the Risk Management Framework process activities and related documentation
Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy principles, computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies
Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
Knowledge of network design processes, including security objectives, operational objectives, and trade-offs
Ability to perform technical analyses of cybersecurity architectures and network diagrams
Ability to build architectures and frameworks and perform technical analyses of cybersecurity architectures and network diagrams
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Assurance, or Information Security
Nice If You Have:
Experience with space-based remote sensing systems
Experience with developing system security context and a preliminary system security Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and defining baseline system security requirements in accordance with applicable cybersecurity requirements
Experience with programming languages, including Java and C++
Knowledge of database systems
Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Assurance, or Information Security
Information Assurance Level III Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification, including ISSE or IASAE
