As part of Booz Allen's Secure Connected Health practice, we are looking for an industry leader who can leverage domain knowledge to create cybersecurity solutions aligned to our client's mission. Develop our Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) business by working with clients to help with bench-marking and securing their IoMT devices. Medical device security is critical to healthcare innovation. As device security continues to develop, the healthcare system becomes more digitally connected. With revolutionary developments, doctors can provide more efficient and effective care, and patients can feel more confident in their treatment. However, with advances in digital connection come new and unforeseen cybersecurity risks. These risks can have severe implications on patient safety and must be addressed to create an environment ideal for secure connected health. Drive the firm’s ability to assist customers with the security and resiliency of medical devices and healthcare IT. Bring a team of like-minded professionals together. Provide leadership to solve complex problems that exist in the healthcare space. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
-Experience with Cybersecurity, risk management, or risk assessment
-Experience in the Healthcare industry, Medical Device Manufacturers, or Healthcare Delivery Organizations
-Experience in the Healthcare industry, Medical Device Manufacturers (MDMs), or Healthcare Delivery Organizations (HDOs)
-Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-30
-Ability to manage multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and a high degree of difficulty
-Ability to engage directly with clients and third parties to facilitate enterprise risk analysis
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity
-Security+, CISSP, or HCISPP Certification
-Experience with writing proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs for large cybersecurity projects
-Experience in working with tight deadlines
-Ability to lead and direct others
-Ability to write cybersecurity policy

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 120,000 to 140,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
