Key Role:
Build and grow data and information security capability including marketing and proposal development, delivery, execution, and provide leadership to a team of professionals. Identify, design, deploy, and manage technology and process solutions to reduce the potential of data loss for clients covering different verticals. Work with clients to develop technical requirements, design, and engineering of data security solutions. Provide cryptography capabilities and the supporting platforms to provide need-to-know access to data. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with data security and information security, including encryption, certificate lifecycle management, PKI implementation, access control, or cryptographic key management
Experience with establishing an enterprise encryption infrastructure with at least one industry-standard encryption product
Experience with establishing an enterprise certificate management infrastructure with at least one industry-standard certificate management product
Experience with data to cloud migration, including design, planning, and execution
Knowledge of encryption key and algorithm management
Knowledge of public key infrastructure and certificate management
Knowledge of data-at-rest and data-in-transit encryption implementation methods, including data deidentification, tokenization, or masking
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of working in the corporate or federal realm or data protection and data loss prevention program
Knowledge of investigative or data protection and data loss prevention tools, including DLP, Data Classification, Monitoring, Splunk, or data visualization
Ability to identify opportunities to apply data security capabilities for efficiency and control
Ability to define phased approach towards data loss and governance capability deliveries
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $180K to $220K. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
