Adversary Informed Defense Technical Director

Key Role:

Ensure our clients and deployed teams have access to industry-leading Threat Hunt, Digital Forensics, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence capabilities. Serve as a hands-on-keyboard leader that will work across our delivery, prototyping, and development activities. Oversee short and long-term innovative projects from concept creation to deployment and use in real-world missions. Serve as a key executive leader delivering mission critical impact through direct interaction with VPs and other executives across Booz Allen.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience working in a leadership role in the DoD, government services, or professional services
  • Experience with Threat Hunting, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Penetration Testing, Digital Forensics, Incident Response and other aspects of Defensive and Offensive Cyber Operations
  • Experience supporting Agile development and rapid procurement of complex systems within a DoD Rapid Prototyping Environment
  • Ability to generate creative, out-of-the box solutions and ideas
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and 15 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, or digital environments

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff, including assigning staff and providing technical direction as necessary to complete program delivery
  • Experience working with a strong network of DoD, Navy, Army, USAF, and USCYBERCOM customer contacts, including the customer's major programs and upcoming initiatives
  • Knowledge of Cyber Kill Chain Model, Diamond Model, and MITRE ATT&CK
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent presentation and leadership skills
  • Master’s degree
