Description: Our client is currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer (Security Incident Response)
Interacting daily within ServiceNow to Managing Customer Incidents and Request related to the build and implementation of ServiceNow Applications, Modules, etc.
- Deliver end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of the
ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications.
- Perform Security
Incident Response workshops to determine the solution requirements and
produce deliverables, including mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc.
- Ability to architect, develop and convert customers legacy solutions into ServiceNow is a plus
- Implement IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing,
process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system
configurations
- Apply Agile software development practices for customizations to the platform and applications
- Implement the Core System including integration components (LDAP, Discovery, MID Server,
etc.)
- Organizing and prioritizing development effort, interfacing with vendors and management,
and potentially coordinating effort of additional administrators
- Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
- Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution
integration with other systems when applicable
- Effectively manage and execute high level tasks assigned via ‘stories’
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow and demonstrable experience with
ServiceNow platform navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting
- ServiceNow Admin (or higher) certifications desired (not required WITH equivalent experience)

experience of IT Service Management (ITSM)
Background in either
software development or IT Service management
Understanding of ITIL

Working Knowledge of the
SAIF Methodology
Ability to work remotely
and largely unsupervised, and to deliver to written requirements
Effective communication
skills via verbal and non-verbal methods
Strong attention to
detail
Problem solving ability
Knowledge of, or
preferably experience with, Performance Analytics, Robotic Process
Automation, Database-level integrations/ETL
Experience in use case,
functional and user acceptance testing a plus
Experience with
Javascript required
Experience with web
based programming languages a plus - Angular JS, XML, JSON, html, css and
similar highly valuable
Understanding of
relational database concepts is a must (Experience as a DBA, or similar,
greatly desired, but not required)
Experience with recent
ServiceNow versions - Orlando or Paris
Experience with
ServiceNow update sets, required
